Small high-sensitivity vibrating level switch "KVX/XV2 Series"

Detection possible for apparent specific gravity of 0.1 or higher. Detection possible for 0.03 or higher as an option. There are no issues with adhesion or deposition at the base of the detection plate, as the sensing capability is at the tip of the vibration detection plate!

We introduce the KVX series and XV2 series of small vibrating level switches that our company handles. The "KVX series" features fewer moving parts for easy maintenance and is recommended for measuring the apparent specific gravity of difficult powders, focusing on user-friendliness. Additionally, the "XV2 series" is a level switch developed to match equipment that requires particularly compact designs. 【Features】 ■KVX Series - Adaptable to measuring substances with varying conductivity and specific gravity - Excellent pressure resistance with no sealing parts - High-sensitivity sensor that operates with an apparent specific gravity of 0.1 or higher ■XV2 Series - Achieves compactness and lightweight while maintaining performance equivalent to the KVX series - Developed to match equipment that requires particularly compact designs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Vibrating Level Switch "KVX/XV2 Series"

Lightweight, compact, and highly sensitive - a small vibration-type level switch that has it all!

The KVX and XV2 models are compact, small vibrating level switches that pursue ease of use while maintaining the performance of our vibrating level switch KVK model. - Despite their small size, they can stably detect low-density powders with a specific gravity of 0.1 or higher (optional 0.03 or higher), making them suitable for use with resin pellets, powders, flakes, and more! - The installation sizes are also small diameter. The KVX model is for R1 installation type, and the XV2 model is for R(G) 3/4 installation type. Flange and hygienic installation options are also available! - No initial adjustment is required. Just like the KVK model, measurement starts immediately upon powering on! - There is no influence from changes in the physical properties of the measured substance, such as dielectric constant! Options for vibrating rod with mountain shape and vibrating pulse specifications are also available! - Amplified separation types that are effective for tanks with vibrations, such as knockers, can also be manufactured! - If there is adhesion on the detection rod, the optional pulse transmission specification is recommended! *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Vibrating Level Switch "KNV"

The process temperature is standard at Max. 150°C, and for heat-resistant type, Max. 200°C! Vibration type level switch.

This is a vibrating level switch developed specifically for detecting powders and granules. It is now capable of detecting low-density powders with a specific gravity of "0.04" while maintaining load-bearing performance. The main features of the KNV type are as follows: - Usable with powders that have a detectable specific gravity of 0.04 or higher - Mounting screw: R1, flange options are also available - Standard process temperature is Max. 150°C, with heat-resistant models supporting up to Max. 200°C - Strong vibration intensity reduces material adhesion to the probe For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
